第一次使用請先到註冊頁 /register 建立帳號。帳號要通過「信箱驗證」和「管理員核准」兩道關卡後才能登入。
First-time users register at /register — an account has to clear two gates before it can log in: email verification, then administrator approval.
- 1先選區域，下方的學校清單才會載入。選錯區域會找不到你的學校。Pick the region first — the school list below only loads after it. The wrong region shows the wrong schools.
- 2教學人員請選 ETA/ETF。選 Admin 時不會出現學校勾選欄。A teaching account chooses ETA/ETF. Choosing Admin hides the school picker.
- 3至少 6 個字元。At least 6 characters.
- 4可複選。跨校服務就全部勾起來，任一所在範圍內都能打卡。Multi-select. Working across schools? Tick them all — being inside any one geofence lets you punch.
請選擇你服務學校所在的區域。每個區域的資料是完全分開存放的，選錯區域會找不到你的學校，日後登入也必須選同一個區域。
Choose the region your school belongs to. Each region's data is stored separately — the wrong region shows the wrong school list, and you must pick the same region every time you log in.
教學人員請一律選 ETA/ETF。Reviewer 與 Admin 為承辦人員使用。
A teaching account always chooses ETA/ETF. Reviewer and Admin are for coordinating staff.
姓名會被寫進每一筆出勤紀錄，也是審核端搜尋你的依據。請填寫正式姓名，註冊後不要自行更動。
Your name is written into every attendance row and is what reviewers search on. Use your official name and keep it unchanged.
學校清單會依你選的區域載入。若你跨校服務，把所有學校都勾起來——打卡時系統會逐一比對，只要在其中任何一所的範圍內就算成功。
The school list loads from the region you picked. If you work across schools, tick them all — a punch is accepted as soon as you are inside any one of their geofences.
點完連結後帳號狀態變成 Pending（待核准），接著等管理員核准成 Active 才能登入。沒收到信可以到 /verify-email 重新寄送，也請檢查垃圾信件匣。
Clicking the link moves the account to Pending; an administrator then flips it to Active. No email? Request a new link at /verify-email and check your spam folder.

登入系統
Log in
登入頁 /login 需要三個欄位：Region、Email、Password。Region 必須與註冊時相同，系統會記住你上次選的區域與 Email。
Log in at /login with three fields: Region, Email and Password. The region must match the one you registered under; the page remembers your last region and email.
- 1選錯 Region 會出現「找不到帳號」，這是最常見的登入失敗原因。The wrong region reports "account not found" — by far the most common login failure.
- 2勾選後登入狀態保留 30 天；共用裝置請勿勾選。Keeps you signed in for 30 days. Leave it unticked on a shared device.
- 3忘記密碼 會寄重設連結到你的信箱（僅限已啟用的帳號）。Sends a reset link to your inbox (active accounts only).

我沒收到驗證信I never received the verification email.
請先檢查垃圾信件匣與促銷分頁。仍然沒有的話，到 /verify-email 重新寄送一次；若還是收不到，請聯絡你的承辦人員，管理員可以直接替你啟用帳號。
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is still missing, request a new link at /verify-email; failing that, contact your coordinator — an administrator can activate the account directly.
我已經驗證信箱了，但還是登入不了I verified my email but still cannot log in.
驗證只證明信箱是你的，帳號還需要管理員核准才會變成 Active。看到「Account pending approval or inactive」就代表正在等核准，請聯絡承辦人員。
Verification only proves the address is yours — an administrator still has to approve the account before it becomes Active. “Account pending approval or inactive” means you are in that queue; contact your coordinator.
我不知道自己該選哪個 RegionI don’t know which region to pick.
請選你服務學校所在的區域。若不確定，請詢問你的承辦人員——選錯的話註冊時會找不到你的學校，登入時也會顯示找不到帳號。

註冊時學校清單是空的The school list is empty when I register.
先確認已選擇 Region（未選之前不會載入學校）。若選了區域仍沒有任何學校，代表該區域尚未建立學校資料，請聯絡管理員。
Make sure a region is selected first — the list does not load until then. If a region is selected and the list is still empty, that region has no schools set up yet; contact an administrator.
忘記密碼I forgot my password.
在登入頁點 Forgot password?（或直接前往 /forgot-password），選擇區域並輸入 Email，系統會寄重設連結給你（僅限已啟用的帳號）。也可以請管理員直接替你重設。
Click Forgot password? on the login page (or go straight to /forgot-password), pick your region and enter your email — a reset link is sent (active accounts only). An administrator can also reset it for you.
